Who Was Fred?

Fred (Friedrich Nietzsche) was a super smart man who lived a long time ago. He had a REALLY big mustache and liked to ask BIG questions.

Fred's biggest question was: "How can people become their BEST selves?"

The Real Heroes

Fred noticed something cool: The BEST people are those who help others without being told to!

Like martial arts teachers who protect children, or brave people who stand up for what's right. Fred called these people "Übermenschen" (super-people)!

The Two Paths

Fred said there are two types of people:

🦁 Lions - They choose to be brave and kind

🐑 Sheep - They just follow others without thinking

Two different paths

  • Be Strong - Think for yourself

Fred's Big Message

"Don't wait for someone to tell you to be good. Just BE good!"

Real heroes don't need badges or uniforms. They just help because it's the right thing to do. That's what Fred taught us!

Fred's Final Message

BE AN ÜBERMENSCH.

BE A LION.

BE KIND.
